This is a great little pub, proper cosy and lovely staff. I was served by the manager Marina and she was very friendly and explained everything and although the pub was busy made sure I had everything I needed. The food was also lovely all in all was a good Friday night and I will definitely return!

I have always had a bad opinion of this pub but returning today I can see its changed for the better. I had lunch with my wife and daughter, the lady serving us (didn't give a name, curly hair wearing black) recommended the fish and chips and a chicken burger and even went as far as offering a sauvignon blanc to pair. The food was average as far as a pub lunch goes but the service and banter definitely topped this visit for me. I highly recommend this pub. Thank you for a great day

Had nachos starter WOW. So much for the money, beer was lovely and cold. Nice that it was bottled coke as 1st choice opposed to naff draft syrup. Kids enjoyed the pool table. Bar man was very polite and friendly. Shame it's not more local for us.
